Background

YouCUBE is located on Heaton Drive, near the northern tip of Waterfront Drive near the Disraeli Bridge. This is phase one (of two) which is sold out and consists of nine units ranging from 650 to 1,500 sq ft in size and will cost between $170 to $300k. The second phase, also nine units, will begin construction in summer 2011.

June 2010

YouCUBE is another partnership between Mark Penner and 5468796 Architecture. The unique design won the firm a 2009 Canadian Architect Award of Distinction.
