Background
The Power Building was built in 1928 and for decades housed Winnipeg Electric Co. and Manitoba Power. The main floor retail was used as appliance showrooms.
More recently, that corner housed Breslauer and Warren Jewellers then David Hoffman Optical. Hoffman is still there, they just moved one store down.
Tim Horton's is now open !
